Processing and Shipping

Please allow upto 48 hours to process your order. We must have your full name, correct and complete address, email address, telephone number and domain name/ website details to process your order. If something is unclear, we will send you an email for the clarification. Any shipping charges (wherever applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Processing and Shipping

We accept the payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking. We will have to wait to process your order until our bank has received the money.

Order Status

On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have a shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. If your order requires a physical delivery, you will also be able to track and trace your shipment in real-time on your account page

Cancellation and Refunds

An order can be cancelled only upto it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. Full amount shall be refunded only if the order is cancelled before it goes under "Processsing". Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact SG Cottage Industries within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. We will be pleased to consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion.
